He is the rugged, tough-guy Irishman actor who has it all. Farrell has the good looks, the Irish charm, and after starring in many films, he now has a bulging bank account.

Farrell is reported to be worth a whopping $30 million dollars.

The 40-year-old actor, who was born in Dublin, made his first acting appearing on BBC’s 90s show Ballykissangel. Farrell then went on to star in several other small films, before being discovered by Hollywood — which saw him land a role in a film called Tigerland. Then things really started to kick-off.

With starring roles in classic thrillers such as Phone Booth, Recruit, and SWAT — his popularity rocketed, along of course, with his bank account.

To list all of Farrell’s film role would be an endless task, but a few other notable titles would be Ordinary Decent Criminal, Seven Psychopaths, and Dead Man Down.

Farrell is from a pretty normal middle-class family, and — believe it or not — he actually auditioned to be in the Irish boyband, Boyzone, who anyone who had any contact with the 90s at all will recongnise, and probably be shocked at.

Along with his good looks comes plenty of attention from women, too.

“I will say that as I get older and calmer and quieter in my own self, the one quality in a woman that I find more and more attractive is kindness. A sense of adventure and humour is important too, but I truly find kindness and consideration for others to be the most attractive thing in anyone.”

Let's imagine that Farrell, with his looks and his bank balance, has no problem finding attractive women too, ahem, party with.

He actually has a tattoo of one of his ex girlfriends on his finger, which sounds ever so romantic, sure you’d agree. But it’s not all romance with the Irish rogue.

There was — as with all famous actors or socialites — a sex tape. A 13 minutes sex tape.
After dating his Playboy honey Nicole Narain, trouble of their sex tape started brewing as ICG wanted to release it to the public. Testament to the fact that the actor is not short of money, he turned down $5 million to sell the explicit tape.

Luckily for Farrell, Narain also wanted the tape to remain their dirty little secret. Well, for their own eyes at least. In April 2006, the pair and ICG reached a confidential settlement, so sorry ladies, no Farrell sex tape for you.

To break your hearts even more, the handsome Irish actor has two sons with model Alicja Bachleda-Curus. But they did split up in 2010, so now’s your chance, perhaps.
