Royal Panda Sports Overview

Royal Panda are a multi-purpose online gambling platform that offers a range of casino and sports betting  site products. And one of the best new betting sites. Regarding the former, this includes a full selection of table games, new slot sites and live dealers. The Royal Panda sports betting section has a significant number of sporting markets, both pre-match and in-play.

Launched as recently as 2014, the Royal Panda sports betting website is still a relatively new entrant to the online sportsbook space. The platform holds full gaming licenses from both the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. This gives Royal Panda Sports access to both the UK and European markets.

During our Royal Panda Sports review, we also took some time to explore the capabilities of the mobile version of the site. We found that the layout was really difficult to navigate through, making it a somewhat hindrance for those that like to gamble on the move.

Now we’ve covered the basics, in the next part of our Royal Panda Sports review we are going to unravel the main sports betting department.

Royal Panda Sports Betting Markets And Odds

When you first load up the Royal Panda sports betting platform, you are instantly taken to the in-play section. By default, the platform selects an in-play game for you to ponder over, including that of the game cast box, statistics and live odds. We found this a bit annoying, not least because we were after the main sportsbook landing page.

Nevertheless, in order to find your chosen pre-match event, you will need to navigate through the range of sports listed on the left sidebar. The layout is really poor, because you have to hover your mouse over each icon to see what sport it relates to. The other option you have is to click on the ‘Three Lined Icon’ on the left hand side, which then lists the selection of sporting events the platform offers.

When you click on your desired sport, a drop down list appears, which details the different leagues available within that sport. Once again, this is a really frustrating layout. For example, if you want to get a full list of all of the cricket games available to bet on, you need to go through each individual tournament/league.

This is even more difficult in the highly extensive football betting section, as not only do you need to select the tournament/cup, but you also need to navigate through the individual country!

Once you finally manage to select the specific game that you want to bet on, you are then presented with the full list of available odds. There seems to be a common theme here, as our Royal Panda Sports review found that the layout is once again difficult to navigate through.

Only 1/3 of the page is dedicated to the list of odds, meaning that you have to scroll through a significant number of markets to find your desired bet type.

Overall, the number of markets on offer at the Royal Panda sports betting platform is of a healthy number, however it’s disappointing that the layout is so poor.

Finally, in terms of the underlying odds, we found these to be quite uncompetitive, especially in comparison to other operators in the online sportsbook sector. So now that we’ve explored the main sportsbook, let’s check out the in-play facility.

Royal Panda Sports In-Play Betting And Extra Features

As mentioned above, when you initially access the Royal Panda sports betting page, you’ll instantly be presented with the in-play department. Whilst this isn’t hugely uncommon in the online space, we didn’t like that the platform selected a random game by default.

As an overview, we would once again point to the poor layout, however at least there were a good number of sporting events to bet on. We also found that the in-play section is full of options 24 hours a day.

If you are able to navigate through the congested in-play section, placing a bet is rather simple. All you need to do is select the bet you want, and a betting slip will appear on the right hand side.

So now that we’ve covered the pre-match and in-play departments, let’s explore what offers are available at Royal Panda Sports.

Royal Panda Sign Up Offer

If you do not currently have an account at Royal Panda Sports, you can grab yourself a welcome bonus. We found that the operator offers a 100% matched bonus up to a maximum of £20. In order to grab your free £20 bet, you will first need to wager £20 at odds of Evens or greater.

Once your initial bet settles, you will then have your free £20 bet credited. We found that Skrill, PayPal, Neteller and Paysafecard deposits are not eligible for the welcome bonus.

Outside of the welcome package, there wasn’t really anything notable on offer for existing players. The main promotion that we found was the ‘Top Price’ offer. In a nutshell, Royal Panda Sports claim to match the best prices on certain sporting events. However, the terms and conditions do not state how often they aim to do this, nor what sports or events are eligible. All in, the bonus department is a bit disappointing at Royal Panda Sports.

Royal Panda Payments And Withdrawals

If you decide to open an account at Royal Panda, there is a good number of payment methods for you to choose from. This of course includes the standard offering of debit and credit cards. In terms of e-wallets, the platform facilitates Skrill, PayPal and Neteller, which is great.

Outside of these options, you can also deposit funds via Paysafecard. EcoPayz, ewire, giropay and Zimpler. There are also a selection of lesser-known payment options that are popular in certain E.U. nations.

We found that Royal Panda Sports withdrawal times are very good. E-wallet payments such as Skrill, Neteller and PayPal are often processed the same day. Once they are, the funds usually arrive in your account within a few minutes. Debit and credit card withdrawals will take between 1-5 days.

Royal Panda Sports Review Summary

In summary, we found that the Royal Panda Sports platform has its strengths, as well as its weaknesses. On the one hand, the number of sporting markets on offer is extensive, both pre-match and in-play. Moreover, the platform supports a good range of payment methods, and withdrawal times are fast.

On the other hand, we found that the actual layout of the sports betting platform is really difficult to navigate through. Trying to find a particular market is a tiresome task, so do bare this in mind.

Finally, although the welcome package is about on-par, we felt that there was a lack of ongoing promotions for existing players.
