5 of the best nightclubs in Las Vegas – where to party when you hit big in the casino
If ever you’ve been to Las Vegas – or plan to go – your trip simply cannot be complete without experiencing the true Sin City nightlife. To do this you’ll obviously have to go to some of the city’s best and most renowned clubs, as well as its top casinos where you’ll hopefully earn your pocket money for the nightlife. With the brash all-American excess that you have on offer, you’ll most certainly not be disappointed.
Here’s a list of Sin City’s top 5 nightclubs, where you can spend your betting wins.
Named after the actor John Barrymore, and located in the Royal Resort, this is a place to really get your Bond on. What appears to be a kind of high alter to the martini, offering seven variations on the classic, it’s a must do for those of you who enjoy a spirits-base cocktail in a lavish environment.
The food at Barrymore’s is also excellent, it’s run by award-winning chef, Anthony Meidenbauer, and Billy Richardson, owner of Block 16 and the man behind some of Vegas’ best nightclubs and lounges. A must visit place for a sophisticated atmosphere.
With Sir Elton John as one of the owners of this place on Cesars Palace block, and it being fashioned by Creative Director David Furnish, this 2,750-square-foot champagne bar is a sight to behold.
At FIZZ there is a clear emphasis on interior design, fashion, and avant-garde. For $20 you can try five fantastic Champagne-based cocktails. Go steady though, because you may want more after that.
Wow. If Las Vegas attempted in all its glory to embody one single bar concept, it would have to be here at Tao. Here there’s bathtubs with floating rose petals, and a restaurant that exhibits some super fine asian cuisine.
The whole complex area (of which there’s 60,000 square-feet) is dubbed the “Asian City”. In total it houses a restaurant, banquet facilities, lounge, nightclub and beach in.
You won’t be disappointed here by anything, provided you want the full-on Vegas experience: that awe-inspiring clash of class and garishness.
Finally, someone named their place with precisely the placard it deserved. XS is owned by the same group who own another couple of flagship clubs, so these guys definitely know what they’re doing. Both clubs sport lots of space for dancing and bar access is also handy enough to get served in good time.
They host top DJs and put on events that will exhibit the true nature of Vegas: where gambling meets plush suites, bars, food, and clubs.
With two sister clubs in LA and New York, 1OAK is renowned for being a stomping ground for many celebrities. It isn’t the largest of clubs, perhaps smaller than most in Sin City, but there are more than just one room.
The ‘owner’s table’ is often garnished with a serving of top celebs (some would call them socialites). This place does get pretty busy, so good to make it over before you’ve built up to much gambling losses in the nearby casinos, or leave while the going is good enough to buy a nice bottle of Dom Pérignon.
